*   Locate adult mentoring volunteers

*   Match mentors with a waitlist child 7-17

*   Provide a positive outlet through sports for these matches

*   Create relationships with professional sports teams and athletes in the NYC area

*   Connect sporting activities to these matches via:  team donated tickets, clinics/ meetings with athletes

RESULT: 

*   Child (boy/girl) in need of a role model mentor

*   Adult mentor volunteer

*   Sports
