Michael J. Passarella

Michael has more than forty years of experience in the professional and financial services industry, having served as a Managing Partner and global audit leader at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP.  He has served on the CBS/BB Board for more than 20 years.  Mike also serves on the Boards of Unum Provident Corporation, a publicly-owned insurance company, Theatreworks USA, a nationally recognized not-for-profit theatre company, and Manhattan College, his alma mater.  He and his wife live in Manhattan and Connecticut, and have three children.
