Christopher Cox

Chris has a BS and JD from the University of Missouri and is a partner at the Cahill Gordon law firm in New York City.  He joined the Board in 2008.  He works extensively in the pharmaceutical industry, representing clients in public and private acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and all aspects of corporate finance.  He lives in New York with his wife, Sarah, and their two children.
